What is a Farmer’s or Farm House Cheese?
Just as the name suggests it is a cheese that is made on the farm by the farmer, using only the milk from the farmer’s own animals. Cheeses may be made from any type of milk but may not be obtained from any source outside the farm. Ask me about my Farm House and Farmer Style cheeses.
