Walnut Blue Cheese & Cranberry Biscotti

Ingredients:
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup salted butter (room temp)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup flour
3/4 cup walnut bits
3/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
Preparation and Cooking:
Preheat oven to 350° F, cooking time 20-25 minutes
Mix cheese, butter & pepper
Stir in flour, nuts & cranberries until doughy
Form 1″ balls and press to 1/4″ thick
Bake until golden around edges (20-25 min)
