Tomato, Prosciutto, Burrata, and Arugula Pizza

Ingredients:
• ½ lb ball of pizza dough
• 28oz can crushed tomatoes
• 1 small tomato thinly sliced
• 1 x 270g Burrata ball thinly sliced (available at the shop, but you have to do the slicing!)
• 6 slices Prosciutto torn into thin strips (available at the shop, this one comes sliced!)
• 1 cup arugula lettuce
• juice from 1 fresh squeezed lemon or equivalent
• fresh ground black pepper to taste
• 1 ½ cups or 160g grated parmesan cheese (available at the shop)
Preparation and cooking:
Preheat oven to 550ºF
Reduce canned tomatoes over medium heat to thicken, approximately 10 minutes
Roll out dough and place on a piece of parchment paper
Cover dough with tomato sauce and tomato slices
Heat your baking sheet for approximately 5-10 minutes
Carefully place parchment paper and dough onto baking sheet
Bake for about 6-10 minutes
Toss arugula in lemon juice, pepper and parmesan
Remove pizza from oven when crust is brown on both sides
Top pizza with prosciutto, burrata slices and arugula
