Shredding Cheese
Have you ever wondered what is the easiest way to slice, cut or shred cheese? Slicing, cutting and shredding is easier with a warm cutting tool. Simply hold the slicer, knife or grater in hot running water before use and it will cut through the cheese effortlessly. I must admit for easy shredding I use a microplain. They are extremely sharp and make quick work of your grating job. A worth while investment!
