Sheep Gouda
Croissandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 slices Landana Sheep Gouda
- 2 eggs
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 head lettuce
- 1/2 bunch radishes
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes
- 4 croissants (or brioche hamburger buns)
- 4 tbsps mayonnaise
- 4-6 slices of
serrano ham
Preparation
and Cooking:
- Hard boil the eggs
- When cool, peel and cut the slices
- Thinly slice the radishes and tomatoes
- Slice the croissants or buns in half
- Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise over the
croissant or bun halves
- Cover one half with a lettuce leaf, a
slice of ham, a slice of Landana Sheep Gouda, tomatoes, egg and radish slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Press the other half of the croissant
or bun on top
