Rösti
Rösti or Röschti is a Swiss potato dish. Originally eaten by farmers, it was found on the breakfast table. Today it is eaten all over Switzerland and at any time of day! Rather than considering it a complete breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is works great as a side dish for any meal.
It can be made with or without cheese (of course I prefer it with cheese), but why would you not include cheese I ask!
