Prosciutto Wrapped Melon and Stilton cheese
 
Ingredients:
• ½ ripe Cantaloupe or Honeydew melon
• 200 grams Stilton cheese (available at the shop plus many more blues that you can use as well!)
• 1 cup arugula
 
Preparation and cooking:
Deseed and slice melon into 12 wedges
 
Layer a slice of melon (without the rind), an arugula leaf or three, a slice of stilton cheese on a piece of prosciutto
 
Tightly roll up and place seam side down on a serving platter
 
Cover with wrap and bring out about 15 minutes prior to serving
 
Don’t have or like melon? Substitute with pear, papaya, or nectarines
