Pepper d’Affinois Beef Skewers
Ingredients:
- 12 slices of beef carpaccio
- 250 grams of Pepper d’Affinois
- 100 ml (3.5 oz)of soya sauce
- 30 grams honey
- 50 ml (1.25 oz) olive oil
- 20 ml (3/4 oz) lemon juice
Preparation
and Cooking:
- Cut
the cheese into 12 equal parts
- Roll
each piece in a slice of carpaccio
- Skewer
the rolled slice of meat
- Combine
oil, soya sauce, honey and lemon juice
- Marinate
the skewers in the mixture for approximately ½ hour
- In
a heated frying pan quickly sear the skewers
- Serve
immediately and enjoy!
