Pear and Triple Cream Brie


I can’t decide if this is an appetizer or a dessert … I’ll leave that dilemma for you to figure out!!





Ingredients:
4-6 slices per person of peeled, cored and sliced pears
40 grams per person Triple Cream Brie
Crème d’Balsamic


Preparation and Cooking:
Peel, core and slice pears into French fry sized slices


Pan sear the slices in butter until soft


Plate individual servings


Place small slice of brie on top of the warm pear slices


Drizzle with Crème d’Balsamic

Serve while warm! Enjoy!!
