Parmesan Crisps
~ A simple but yummy treat! Try them with your next cheese & charcuterie platter!
Ingredients
2 cups freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Chopped rosemary and thyme
Preparation and Cooking:
Heat the oven to 400ºF
In a small bowl mix the grated cheese with the herbs
On a greased baking sheet (& preferably on parchment paper) sprinkle mixture into cookie-sized rounds
Bake approximately 5 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles into lacy disks
Remove from oven and while still warm (you will have to be quick) shape by bending over a rolling pin.
You can serve immediately or cool and store in an airtight container until serving!
