Italian Pizza Dip

Italian Pizza Dip


Ingredients:
 
1 tub Organic Cream Cheese Spread (available at the shop)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
150 grams Italian Asiago Cheese grated
150 grams Danish Fontina grated
50 grams Parmesan Riggiano grated
1/2 cup finely chopped Sicilian Salami slices (available at the shop)
1/3 cup chopped red peppers
1/3 cup chopped green peppers
Multi grain dipping crackers (these and so many other yummy choices are also available at the shop!)


Preparation and Cooking:
 
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
 
Mix the cream cheese and tomato sauce until well blended
 
Spread onto bottom of a oven proof serving dish or pie plate
 
Top with cheese, peppers and salami
 
Bake until dip is heated throughout and cheese is melted. (18 to 20 min.)
 
Serve with crackers. ENJOY THE GAME!
