Platters


Come by the shop and we will be pleased to assist you in creating the perfect platter for any occasion or any taste.

Here are some useful rules of thumb.

  • 200 grams per person if it’s the main event
  • 100 grams per person if it’s an appetizer
  • Arrange the cheese on a plate from mildest to strongest.
  • Serve at room temperature for fullest flavor. This usually takes 30 minutes or so.

Choose three to four cheeses with a variety of strengths and textures.

For example: A nice blue, soft, semi firm and hard cheese.

You can also theme a platter by country. French, Danish, Dutch, etc. Stick to one country or mix and match.
