Gjetost Gravy
Gjetost is a sweet, dense, caramelized goat and cow whey cheese that tastes like a buttery fudge.
Adding it to your favourite gravy, will give it great colour and a sweet finish that will have everyone coming back for more.
Ingredients:
1 cup grated Gjetost cheese
Poultry or beef broth
Preparation and Cooking:
Add about a 1 cup shredded Gjetost to your favourite gravy.
Wisk or stir until melted
