Cheesey Chipolte Steak Sandwiches
~The natural sharpness of the Cheddar pairs nicely with the sweetness and the spice of the Raspberry Chipotle. A great summer lunch or dinner!
 
Ingredients:
¼ cup Raspberry Chipolte Sauce (Available at the shop)
1lb ¾” boneless sirloin steak
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
4 french bread buns
250g 3 year cheddar (available at the shop)
1 tomato cut into slices
 
Preparation and Cooking:
Heat BBQ to medium heat
 
Set aside 4 tsp of the Chipolte Sauce
 
Split buns in half
 
Mix mayonnaise, mustard with 4 tsp of Chipolte Sauce and spread onto buns
 
Add cheese and tomatoes to buns
 
Grill steak 8-10 minutes until medium doneness (less if, like me, you like your steak rare to medium rare)
 
While grilling brush the steak with Chipolte Sauce
 
When done French cut the steak into thin slices (sideways across the grain)
 
Fill buns with meat, serve and enjoy!!!
