Pepper d’Affinois Beef Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices of beef carpaccio
  • 250 grams of Pepper d’Affinois
  • 100 ml (3.5 oz)of soya sauce
  • 30 grams honey
  • 50 ml (1.25 oz) olive oil
  • 20 ml (3/4 oz) lemon juice

Preparation and Cooking:

  • Cut the cheese into 12 equal parts
  • Roll each piece in a slice of carpaccio
  • Skewer the rolled slice of meat
  • Combine oil, soya sauce, honey and lemon juice
  • Marinate the skewers in the mixture for approximately ½ hour
  • In a heated frying pan quickly sear the skewers
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
