Sheep Gouda Croissandwich

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices Landana Sheep Gouda
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1/2 bunch radishes
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 4 croissants  (or brioche hamburger buns)
  • 4 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 4-6 slices of serrano ham

Preparation and Cooking:

  • Hard boil the eggs
  • When cool, peel and cut the slices
  • Thinly slice the radishes and tomatoes
  • Slice the croissants or buns in half
  • Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise over the croissant or bun halves
  • Cover one half with a lettuce leaf, a slice of ham, a slice of Landana Sheep Gouda, tomatoes, egg and radish slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Press the other half of the croissant or bun on top
