Iberico Cheese with a Brown Butter Honey Sauce
Adapted from a Tyler Florence Food Network recipe.
(I’m not sure if this is best as an appetizer or a dessert. I’ll let you decide.)
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
3 tablespoons honey
300 grams of an Iberico cheese wedge
Sea salt
Preparation and Cooking:
Melt butter in a small pan.
Cook until butter turns a golden brown.
Drizzle in the honey, stirring to mix.
Pour mixture over your Iberico cheese wedge.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
