Pear and Stilton Salad

Pear and Stilton Salad


Ingredients:
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup canola oil
2 tsp grainy Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
Butter lettuce
2 pears thinly sliced
120g crumbled Stilton
¼ cup toasted pine nuts


Preparation and Cooking:
Mix lemon juice, canola oil, mustard and honey in a bowl or blender


Place lettuce on a plate, arrange the pears on top


Sprinkle with cheese and nuts


Drizzle the lemon juice mixture over top
