Layered Nut/Watermelon/Goat Cheese Salad

Layered Nut/Watermelon/Goat Cheese Salad

Serves as many as you want!!

Ingredients

Watermelon cubes or balls
Crumbled goat Chevre (available at the Cheese Shop!)
Nuts (pick just one): choices in order of my preference
• Pistachios
• Cashews
• Almonds
• Peanuts
Cilantro
Sumac
Olive Oil

Preparation and cooking:
In a bowl or on individual plates layer the ingredients:

I was going to tell you what layer to put 1st, 2nd etc. but then I thought, “give your head a shake you’ve given little or no direction so far so why start now”!

Pair:
This is another recipe that will pair nicely with a Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc or Chardonnay.
