Tea House Restaurant Stuffed Mushrooms
~ This recipe provided to me by a customer who sweet-talked the Chef into giving it to her and I did the same with my customer! You however get it passed on with no effort at all!


Ingredients:
240g Organic Cream Cheese (you can get this from the shop)
2 tbsp sour cream
1 or two chopped green onions
1 clove minced garlic (I use the minced garlic in a jar when I don’t have fresh)
several large de-stemmed mushrooms (allow six mushrooms per serving)
30g grated emmenthal cheese (available in the shop of course!)
2oz or 60g crab meat
salt and pepper to taste


Preparation and cooking:
Preheat oven to 375º F


Pre-cook several large, cleaned mushroom caps for 2-3 minutes.


Mix all other ingredients well and spoon into the caps.


Bake the stuffed caps at 375º F until the mixture starts to melt. Approximately 10-15 minutes.


Serve and enjoy this lovely appetizer.


Pairings:
I would suggest serving a nice Prosseco .… what a great starter combo!
