Triple Cream Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes cubed
  • 2 peeled and pressed garlic cloves
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy cream 
  • ¼ cups unsalted butter cubed
  • 300 grams Lincet Brillat Savarin Triple Cream Brie
  • 100 grams Parmesan Reggiano grated

Preparation and Cooking:

  • Boil potatoes until tender. 
  • Remove from heat and drain.
  • Beat in butter, heavy cream and garlic until smooth.
  • Return to medium-low heat and slowly fold in cheeses until melted. 

Serve and enjoy!
