Midnight Moon Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams grated Midnight Moon® cheese
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation and Cooking:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spoon sunflower seeds into 1 inch diameter rounds, 2 inches apart, for a total of 20 rounds.
  • Top seeds with 1 large tablespoon of Midnight Moon.
  • Spread each mound to a 2 inch diameter.
  • Sprinkle mounds with pepper.
  • Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
  • Remove from the baking sheet using a thin spatula
  • Cool completely on a cooling rack.

Serve as a tasty snack or crumbled with a Caesar salad.
