Ingredients:
- 500 grams grated
Midnight Moon® cheese
- 1 cup sunflower
seeds
- 1 tsp freshly
ground black pepper
Preparation
and Cooking:
- Preheat oven to
400°F.
- Line a large
baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon sunflower
seeds into 1 inch diameter rounds, 2 inches apart, for a total of 20 rounds.
- Top seeds with 1
large tablespoon of Midnight Moon.
- Spread each mound
to a 2 inch diameter.
- Sprinkle mounds
with pepper.
- Bake for 6 to 8
minutes, or until crisp and golden.
- Remove from the
baking sheet using a thin spatula
- Cool completely
on a cooling rack.
Serve as a tasty snack or crumbled with a Caesar
salad.
