How to Make a Summer Cheese Board!

Cheese is a number one priority. Not veggies. Not protein. We can all agree on that, right?

So here is my favourite part about summer, it’s the abundance of all the summer fruits + cheese + crackers + wine + rosé + backyard get togethers!

So if you can’t figure a selection out try this or a variation.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 grams of brie
  • 250 grams gorgonzola cheese
  • 250 grams aged gouda
  • 250 grams white cheddar cheese
  • 1 package black pepper “Croccantini” crackers
  • 1 package “Lesley Stowe” Cranberry Raincoast Crisps, 
  • 1 package “Skinny Thin” crackers
  • 1 ½  cup cut strawberries
  • 2 cups cherries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • ¾  cup almonds
  • 2 nectarines, sliced

DIRECTIONS:

  • Arrange cheeses, crackers, Crisps, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, almonds and nectarine on a cheese board.

It’s that easy!
