Triple Cream Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes cubed
- 2 peeled and pressed garlic cloves
- 1 ¼ cups heavy cream
- ¼ cups unsalted butter cubed
- 300 grams Lincet Brillat Savarin Triple Cream Brie
- 100 grams Parmesan Reggiano grated
Preparation and Cooking:
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Remove from heat and drain.
- Beat in butter, heavy cream and garlic until smooth.
- Return to medium-low heat and slowly fold in cheeses until melted.
